A fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a prestigious global manufacturing leader

A global manufacturing firm with a diverse product portfolio is looking for an Accountant to become part of its energetic, collaborative team. As the company experiences rapid expansion, this role offers an exciting environment with plenty of opportunities for growth.

This is a 6-12 month temporary role with a genuine view of going permanent. You will be reporting to the Financial Controller and your responsibilities will include:

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

Preparation of BAS, GST and FBT

Perform reconciliations for general ledger accounts

Process overseas and inter-company invoices

Maintain the Fixed Asset Register

Support with a variety of ad-hoc activities

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience ideally working in large, multinational company. It’s important that you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and good Excel abilities
