We're working with a fast-growing MSP in Brisbane looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join their close-knit team. If you're looking for autonomy, trust, variety and the ability to have impact, this is the role for you. You'll take ownership across projects, support, and client relationships, leading the charge on modernizing client environments, particularly within the M365 and Azure space, while still supporting the day-to-day operation of critical systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering and supporting a mix of infrastructure and modern workplace projects (M365, Azure, server upgrades, virtualization, migrations).
• Providing Level 3 support across core systems (servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, networking, backups, disaster recovery).
• Acting as a technical escalation point for L1 and L2 engineers.
• Proactively identifying issues before they become outages.
• Working closely with clients to deliver practical solutions that fit their business.
• Documenting work and sharing knowledge to uplift the wider team.

Tech you'll work with:

• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID
• Azure
• Windows Server (2012-2022), Active Directory, Group Policy
• VMware, Hyper-V
• Switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure
• Backup and DR tools
• PowerShell scripting
• MDM tools
