Commerce Ballarat is seeking a Project and Administration Officer to join the team! We are passionate about the work we do, and the support we deliver to the business community in Ballarat and surrounds.

This role supports that work by:

-coordination, promotion, and delivery of Commerce Ballarat initiatives and events

-administration support tasks, including preparing communications, ensuring current records, handling incoming enquiries & taking registrations

-membership and stakeholder engagement

A part of a small, dynamic team, this role suits candidates with previous administration experience, familiarity with balancing priorities, and proven ability to produce high-quality work.
