About the Grampians Health & St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne EMR Program
Grampians Health (GH) and St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne (SVHM) are working together to explore the implementation of a shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as part of their digital transformation journey. This program presents an exciting opportunity to deliver the first Victorian EMR that connects patient care records across rural, regional and metropolitan health services.
This EMR program aims to deliver a comprehensive digital patient record across ambulatory, inpatient and community services across both organisations.
About the Role
The Junior Project Support Officer will provide support across the EMR program. The role is designed to provide administrative support across several project areas, including data entry and data cleansing.
Junior Project Support Officer's will work within defined procedures to complete administrative tasks relating to:
- The execution of technology readiness tasks including asset tracking, identification and testing
- The review, cleansing and preparation of data deriving from different systems and processes including patient, provider and staff information
- Data entry across several different systems including excel, the Patient Administration System and the EMR
- General project administration tasks including scheduling and coordinating forums, taking minutes and
You will be required to work collaboratively with a number of different teams across the entire GH & SVHM EMR Program.
All roles will be recruited on a casual basis.
Classifications for this position will be HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum, pro rata) based on experience, excluding super and plus 25% casual loading

- Experience in providing administrative support in previous roles
- Ability to work on premise at all St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne campuses;
- Ability to travel to other sites and services included in the EMR Program including Grampians Health;
- Possesses a current Victorian Drivers Licence
