We are currently seeking a Fixed Term Full Time staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.

The role

Reporting to the Business Analysis Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Business Analyst who can bring their skills and experience to:

• Identify, evaluate, and recommend business process improvement options and work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to implement solutions.
• Be responsible for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, problem resolution, and conduct testing.
• Select, adopt, and adapt appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools, and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches. Obtain input from, and formal agreement to, requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders.
  
  

To be considered you will have:

• Local government experience is desirable
• Degree or diploma in business, commerce, or information technology-related discipline and at least 2 years' experience working within a corporate information technology environment as a business analyst.
• Highly developed communication skills, particularly the ability to liaise and consult with key stakeholders, and colleagues and building networking relationships and to prepare summaries, reports, and submissions across varying levels.
• Familiar with development tools and services including Azure DevOps, JIRA (desirable)
