About the role
Pedders Suspension and Brakes Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team. This Monday to Friday, full-time role is based in Toowoomba, QLD 4350, and involves providing expert advice and support to customers on automotive parts and services.
What you'll be doing
Interpreting customer needs and recommending the appropriate solutions
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support
Collaborating with the wider Pedders Suspension team to ensure seamless operations
Maintaining detailed customer records
Adhering to all relevant safety and quality standards
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in an automotive parts interpretation or customer service role
Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and components
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work as part of a team or independently as required
