Are you passionate about caravanning and love helping people? Jayco Mackay is on the lookout for a motivated and practical individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter.

Based at our modern dealership in Bakers Creek, this full-time role is key to maintaining our high standard of customer service. If you enjoy working with people, have a knack for problem-solving, and ideally know your way around caravans or camper trailers — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Counter sales and customer service

Merchandising and stock management

Ordering and receiving spare parts

Answering phone enquiries

Warehousing duties

Assisting with caravan handovers

What We’re Looking For:

Strong computer skills

Friendly, approachable nature

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

Hands-on, practical mindset with technical problem-solving skills

Eagerness to help across all areas of the dealership

Experience in parts interpreting or retail is ideal, but not essential — we provide full on-the-job training.

Details:

Permanent full-time role (Monday to Friday)

Rostered Saturday mornings included
