Qualifications & experience
Are you a digital all-rounder with a passion for content, campaign performance, and consumer experience? We’re looking for a Digital Specialist to lead and execute digital initiatives that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and grow sales for Mustela, the #1 baby care brand in European pharmacies.
In this role, you’ll bring digital strategies to life across paid media, social, CRM, SEO, influencer marketing, and e-commerce. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key part in our 360° marketing plans and help us create a strong, always-on consumer journey.
Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or related field
2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in skincare, beauty, or consumer health
Experience running social media, CRM, SEO/SEM, and paid ad campaigns
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools
Experience with SEMJI, Pixability, Shopify, Klaviyo, and similar platforms
Excellent written and visual communication skills; Canva and video editing proficiency required (bonus if you’re great with InDesign, photography, or videography)
Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to optimise performance
Fluent in both French and English with a flair for adapting tone to brand voice
In-tune with new trends in digital, best practices, and tools
Above average IT / computer skills
Attention to detail with strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
Strategic orientation
Organised, flexible, self-starter and results oriented
Tasks & responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (social, paid, content, influencers, SEO, SEM)
Manage and grow Mustela’s social communities and website (including back-end CMS)
Manage and optimise brand website
Own CRM activities and create impactful newsletters
Manage relationships with local influencers and advocates
Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and optimise digital activity to maximise ROI
Support the 360° marketing plan with creative content, calendars, and reporting
Oversee the digital marketing budget alongside the Marketing Manager
