About the Organisation:
Our client is a leading technology business with a diverse team and a strong brand in the market. They have a need for an experienced HR Contractor to join their team for an initial 2-month contract.

About the Role:
As an experienced HR Generalist, you will be working as part of a small HR team and taking the lead on a number of annual processes such as the performance review and the engagement survey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Analysing, communicating, and action planning engagement survey outcomes
• Preparing and administering performance review cycles.
• Support the HR team and leaders with day-to-day HR queries

About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience in a similar corporate HR Business Partner or HR Advisor level position. You will be comfortable and confident to pick up work and manage a range of HR tasks through to completion. Ideally, you have:

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience and expertise with Culture Amp.
• Ability to use and manipulate data to provide insights.
