This is a newly created role supporting the Director of People & Culture, offering the chance to truly own the day-to-day HR lifecycle for Head Office teams and a portion of the Retail network. From recruitment and onboarding to performance and development, injury management and everything in between, you’ll be the go-to for all things people.

About the Role

• Support and partner closely with the Director of People & Culture.
• Own end-to-end HR processes for Head Office and some Retail teams.
• Collaborate with a wider P&C team in delivering people-led initiatives.
• Lead core BAU areas including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and wellbeing.
• Drive improvement across processes with a commercial lens.
• Deliver projects focused on culture, leadership capability, compliance frameworks, succession, and connection.
• Act as a trusted advisor and influence people outcomes at all levels.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in a true HR Business Partner role.
• Confident generalist with strong knowledge across the employee lifecycle.
• Commercially astute with a keen understanding of balancing best practice and compliance.
• Clear, assertive, and empathetic communicator.
• Proven coaching and development experience.
• Passionate about mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
• High attention to detail across documentation, communication, and reporting.
• Resilient, self-aware, and driven to grow personally and professionally.
