DENTAL RECEPTIONIST – NOOSA BOUTIQUE PRACTICE
CASUAL - 2.5 DAYS PER WEEK | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday & Thursday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Friday (some flexibility required)

About the Role:
As our dental receptionist, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see. You'll manage the smooth day-to-day flow of the practice, ensuring our patients feel calm, welcomed, and right at home. You’ll handle bookings, phones, admin tasks, and help keep our practice beautifully organised. With your strong sense of timing and people skills, you’ll help us run to schedule—while making each person feel like the only person.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly greeting and caring for patients from the moment they arrive

Managing and coordinating appointment bookings for an efficient daily schedule

Answering phones and handling patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism

Administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and supply ordering

General office management and suggesting improvements to make the practice even better

What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who brings both heart and efficiency to their work. You’ll thrive here if you:

Have 2+ years in a customer-facing role where care and quality service are key (dental experience is a bonus, but not essential)

Are organised, reliable, and calm under pressure

Have excellent communication and time management skills

Love working with people and have a natural ability to make them feel at ease

Are confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office tech

Are looking for stable, regular hours in a peaceful Noosa location (with some flexibility when needed)
