CRM Business Engagement Partner
The Adelaide Hills Council is currently seeking a CRM Business Engagement partner for a 12 month contract, to join their team at the Stirling Office.
As the CRM Business Engagement Partner, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and maximising the benefit of the Salesforce-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, integrations, and reporting systems.
Reporting to the Team Leader of Information Systems, your main responsibilities will include:
Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of complex digital solutions and projects that improve the customer experience
Champion the customer experience and customer centric culture through innovation, influence and engagement across Council.
Design, develop and implement projects and digital solutions that enhance customer experience
Develop, implement and maintain customer experience measurement tools and reporting.
Provide operational support and primary technical administration of the Salesforce CRM environment and related systems
Gather and analyse customer feedback, CRM usage data and service performance insights to support Management with organisational decisions
Influence and guide senior stakeholders across departments to align on customer experience goals, metrics, and priorities
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Salesforce CRM Certifications relevant to meet the Key Result Areas in the Position Description
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline or extensive experience
Demonstrated experience in customer experience/customer design and leading customer-focused initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in embracing, promoting and implementing change with creativity, initiative and determination.
Demonstrated project management understanding and project delivery skills.
A valid National Police Certificate which is satisfactory to the Council’s requirements will be required before the successful applicant can commence in this position.
