Position: Lawyer - Commercial & Conveyancing

We're looking for someone eager to provide exceptional legal services across a diverse range of areas:

- Property Law

• Commercial Leases, Commercial Contracts
• Business Conveyancing
• Residential Conveyancing

Responsibilities:

As a part of our team, you will handle commercial matters and residential conveyancing files, including:

• Preparing Contracts & Letter of Advice
• Conducting online searches
• Liaising with clients and solicitors
• Managing settlements

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:

• Proficiency in PEXA
• A genuine appreciation for and experience in a multicultural work environment
• A professional and adaptable attitude
• Self-reliant and proactive, capable of working independently
• Enjoys the structured nature of Conveyancing and Property Law

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws & Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice
• A minimum of one to two years' post-admission experience in Property/Conveyancing
