Job Description
This Manager opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to step into a role where they can take full ownership of a healthy portfolio of long-term clients. Reporting directly to the Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a diverse client base across a range of industries
• Reviewing work prepared by junior and intermediate staff
• Providing high-level advisory support including structuring, tax planning and strategic advice
• Leading client meetings and managing day-to-day communication
• Mentoring and developing team members (on and offshore)
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislative and professional standards
• This is a role with strong client engagement, supported by a close-knit team and streamlined systems.

The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role, you will ideally bring:

• CA/CPA qualification
• At least 7+ years’ experience in public practice, with recent exposure at a supervisor or manager level
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Sound technical expertise in business services, tax, and compliance
• A commercial mindset and proactive approach to client advisory
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capability
• Experience using Xero and other cloud-based platforms will be highly regarded.
