About the Role

As our Finance Business Partner , you will be a key figure within the Finance group, responsible for reviewing and analyzing the financial integrity of the business units, which will include the analysis of new proposed acquisitions within this fast-paced and evolving landscape.

The Finance Business Partner role will evolve from being:

Initially focused on centralizing the finance function as we migrate finance activities (AP/AR and financial accounting) from divisional departments to a shared services team;

Will serve as an essential bridge between divisions and group finance functions to ensure the organizational essential outcomes are achieved during the implementation of system improvements.

Once the day-to-day finance activities are running, then to focusing on finance process improvement, business performance, system improvement and inter business collaboration.

Will serve as Lead in all Due Diligence and integration projects associated with Acquisitions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual plan, budgets and forecasts for assigned division(s), ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and key assumptions

Perform financial modelling to generate key insights for the business, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement

Proactively identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to deliver on the business plan.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

Duties and responsibilities:

Liaising with and assisting the managers to provide support and coordinate operational requirements.

Deliver high quality financial information to the business in a timely and accurate manner

Supporting with ad-hoc reporting and projects as they arise, engaging with stakeholders where required.

Project managing all ASIC timelines in coordination with Company Secretary

Complete Financial Due Diligence and finance onboarding plan for acquisitions

About you

Tertiary qualification in Finance or equivalent.

CA or CPA qualified.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting.

Demonstrated experience leading a team/function and project management.

Great interpersonal skills and team player attitude.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
