The Leaders
Reporting to a highly experienced Senior P&C Business Partner, you will work in close partnership to drive capability uplift and engagement across your client group. You will collaborate across the wider HR function to ensure effective on-the-ground delivery and consistent support for a client group ranging from one to six years’ experience, through a period of significant change and business integration.
The Opportunity
This 12-month fixed term contract offers a truly hands-on HR Business Partnering opportunity within a fast-paced, high-performance professional services environment where the highest level of client service is required. This role is instrumental in delivering end-to-end generalist, deep HR and wellbeing support to a cohort of early to mid-level consultants amidst a period of significant organisational change.
You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the following:
- Delivering personalised, one-on-one coaching and development support focusing on capability uplift, engagement, and retention through change.
- Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, including performance management, employee relations, probation reviews, and development planning.
- Supporting the implementation and embedding of new HR processes, policies, and engagement initiatives as the business transitions to new operating structures.
- Providing pragmatic, operational HR advice on matters such as onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and low-level ER issues.
- Playing an active role in driving communications and morale within the team, helping individuals navigate uncertainty.
- Working collaboratively with Senior HRBPs and the HR Operations team to ensure seamless execution of core people processes, including remuneration reviews, talent discussions, and capability planning
- Contributing to change management efforts, ensuring employees are supported through system, culture, and reporting line transitions
- Maintaining a high-touch, on-the-ground presence within the team! Rolling up your sleeves to support your client group with engagement, and ensure operations are running smoothly.
