The Role in a Nutshell

Cue Clothing Co – previously family owned – is working through an inspiring chapter of change with a key focus on culture and rebuilding the business basics for long term success. With a new P&C Director and incoming CEO, the next financial year will be one of exciting people projects and initiatives. For the people & culture team – this means a newly created role to support the Director of P&C, partner with existing wider P&C team and to own the day to day HR lifecycle of Head Office Teams and some of the Retail portfolio. As a commercially savvy and influential People & Culture Business Partner, this role drives change, influences people outcomes and builds understanding of the right practices across the business and teams within Cue Clothing Co.

This role is critical in supporting the operational understanding of where the gaps are that need to be addressed through project delivery across areas of focus, such as culture and connection building, skills and leadership capabilities, compliance frameworks and development/succession planning rhythms.

This role is best suited for a mature minded, well-seasoned and pragmatic HR practioner that is confidant in their day to day BAU HR skills; keen to learn how to put these skills into business changing strategies. This role suits those who understands fast-moving environments, sees the bigger picture and finds satisfaction in genuinely getting to the root of an issue and resolving with honesty, respect, and empathy.
