IT Support Officer – Full-Time

Wellforth Australia is a leading Australian-owned contract manufacturer specialising in dry powder blending, Contract Packing and Pick & Pack services. With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and teamwork, we support some of Australia’s top Health and wellbeing brands.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer, with experience in the use of technology in manufacturing and warehouse environments to join our team in a Full-Time position.

Annual Salary $75,000 - $77, 000 per year

Your duties will include:

· Provide support and guidance to our management team in the deployment and maintenance of our ERP computer systems to achieve our business goals.

· Diagnose and resolve technical problem with our ERP software and peripheral hardware, utilised by our production and Pick & Pack teams.

Repair and replace peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems

· Advise and implement integration of API Through the ERP system to streamline processes

· Review and implement integrations of our ERP system with external ERP systems, to facilitate efficient processing of orders.

· Implement and maintain our computer network, including setting up and troubleshooting network connection, advising the management team on necessary network upgrades.

· Work in conjunction with IT contractors as requried to design and maintain our website

· Working with IT contractors and IT staff of our customers as required to resolve system-wide issues

About You:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to bring:

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology (Diploma or Bachelor level)

At least 12 months experience in an IT support position

Experience in ERP software and systems

Experience in the use of IT Systems in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Good written & verbal communication skills.

The ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented culture.

Strong understanding of computers hardware, operating systems and networking principles
