The Opportunity
The Records Management project leader will design, develop, implement and embed a comprehensive records management system, including a new Electronic Documents and Records Management System (EDRMS).
Supported by existing technology and archive team members, the Records Management Specialist will work collaboratively to design a system that will meet the current and future needs of the Diocese.
Candidates should have a track record of engaging stakeholders through process and system change.
Selection criteria
Substantial experience in EDRMS and other records management systems.
Tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of formal training and experience.
Proven ability to manage projects, with a track record of on-time delivery and within budget.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with success engaging stakeholders and training end-users.
Sound knowledge of, and ability to align practices with, privacy and records management legislation or policy.
Hours and Remuneration
This is a two-year fixed-term contract, with a possible extension. This is a full-time role, with an 80% part-time option for the right candidate. This position requires on-site attendance, however a hybrid option up to 2 days per week WFH is available.
A remuneration package between $106,400-$134,400 ($95,000-$120,000 plus superannuation) will be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on their skills, qualifications and experience.
Relocation support will be available to an appointee moving to the Lismore area to commence this role.
