Work From Home Office Administration (1 day per week in office requirement) based in Minyama
3 Days per week or school hours 5 days per week
1 day per week in office requirement in Minyama office

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Customer Invoice Preparation and (Excel and data entry) and processing
- Customer Report preparation
- Processing customer accounts and overdue account reminders
- Account Anomoly Identification and Customer Queries, investigations
- Customer payment reconciliation
- Compliance Registers
Reporting to the Office Manager you must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- A Team attitude
- the ability to work autonomously
- Strong work Ethic
- General Computer Skills
- The ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Prioritise duties accordingly
Suitable for 3 days per week or school hours 5 days per week
