We’re hiring a Project Manager to lead business improvement and transformation projects for a client undergoing a major technology shift.

This role is key to enhancing systems, standardising ways of working, and increasing operational maturity across the organisation. You’ll bring people together, establish governance frameworks, and introduce structured programme delivery to drive lasting change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Establish and embed governance structures, stakeholder mapping, and process ownership.
• Improve and standardise ways of working across teams, enhancing operational maturity.
• Implement a structured programme delivery framework.
• Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to optimise business processes.
• Build strong relationships to foster collaboration and change adoption.
• Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and risks while tracking success metrics.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to bring teams together.
• Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to introduce governance structures and drive accountability.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) required.
