We have been engaged by a well-established, fast-paced specialist healthcare practice to recruit an experienced and motivated Business / Practice Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role within a highly regarded practice known for delivering exceptional patient care across clinical and administrative teams.

About the Role
This pivotal position will support a team of orthodontists, clinical support staff, and administrative professionals to ensure streamlined operations, compliance, and service excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare operations, financial oversight, team leadership, and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy healthcare clinic, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards
• Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures that enhance clinic performance and compliance
• Oversee financial processes including budgeting, expense tracking, billing, and reporting to the Directors
• Lead HR functions including recruitment, rostering, onboarding, and staff performance management
• Drive risk management, accreditation compliance, and clinical governance processes
• Ensure a professional, client-centric experience for all patients and external stakeholders
• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that supports learning and development

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in healthcare, dental, or allied health practice management
• Strong operational and financial management capabilities
• Exceptional communication, people leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of accreditation, clinical governance, and compliance standards
• Tech-savvy with the ability to manage scheduling, billing, and practice software systems
