Carpet Call, Australia's best known flooring retailer is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a "can do" attitude to join our busy service team at our South Australian Head Office.
Ideally the candidate will:
» Be a driven individual who challenges the norm to eliminate inefficiencies
» Possess clear verbal and written communication skills
» Demonstrate good time management skills and attention to detail
» Medium to high level of Microsoft Office skills
» Possess a "can do" attitude - be prepared to learn, and be punctual
» A team player
» Have their own reliable transport
The Role
The successful candidate will liaise between customers, franchisees, sales staff and warehouse staff to ensure that product installations are coordinated to fully meet customer satisfaction levels. You will work with specifically designed computer systems with all training provided.
Hours are 8.00 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday and one Saturday morning per month.
