About the Role:

This role offers the opportunity to work full time, with weekend availability and flexibility to cover other shifts as needed. Your primary role will be administration but we will provide some basic sales training so you can assist customers if need be.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service.

Handle all after-sales tasks and general administrative duties.

Assist with customer inquiries in person, via email, and over the phone.

Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a welcoming showroom environment.

What We are Looking For:

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills.

Proven administration experience

Previous experience in the pool or spa industry is a plus, but not required.
