About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Research Team Leader to join our Cancer Clinical Trials Unit. In this key leadership position, you will provide professional and clinical research management to ensure the effective oversight and coordination of clinical trials within the Unit. You will bring your discipline expertise to lead assigned projects and contribute to the ongoing development and success of the team. Your responsibilities will include managing, recruiting, and mentoring staff across clinical, nursing, administrative, and clerical roles, as well as developing and implementing procedures that support smooth trial operations.
As the Clinical Research Team Leader, you will play a central role in ensuring the efficient conduct of clinical trials, assuming governance responsibilities for Clinical Research Coordinators and working closely with the Clinical Research Manager. You will be instrumental in driving quality improvements, supporting trial-specific activities, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
