About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading property consulting firm, as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving new business growth and identifying strategic opportunities across the residential leasing and property management sector. Based in Melbourne's Inner South East, this is a full-time position that offers the chance to make a real impact within a dynamic and innovative organisation, who specialise in Sales, Property Management, Funds Management and Buyers Advocacy. A great opportunity to utilise your Business Development experience within a corporate, commercial property firm.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to generate new leads and secure new client accounts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and property developers
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the firm's strategic objectives
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on property management and leasing solutions
• Working closely with internal departments in relation to developing property management
• Monitoring market trends to inform business development initiatives
• Working within an team of BDM's - Four altogether

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role within the residential leasing & property management industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a range of stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated understanding of the residential leasing and property management landscape, including relevant regulations and industry trends
