Key Responsibilities:

Security Expertise: Protecting people and client assets with keen observation and a strong presence. Direct experience in loss prevention, including surveillance systems and investigation procedures (highly preferred).

Customer Experience: Ensure safety while providing a welcoming environment for shoppers.

Conflict Resolution: Handle anti-social behavior calmly and effectively.

Incident Management: Maintain accurate records and incident reports.

Investigative Drive: Conduct thorough investigations, ensuring every detail is accounted for.

Customer Service: Deliver respectful and professional interactions at all times.

Tech Proficiency: Efficiently use CCTV, incident reporting and communication tools.

Qualifications

Security Credentials: Current WA Security officers License, First Aid certificate and Cert II in Security Operations.

Requirements:

Legal Working Rights: Must have legal working rights in Australia.

Retail Knowledge: Experience in retail security is a plus.

Passion for Excellence: Thrives in demanding and fast-paced environments.

Strong Communication: Effective in both verbal and written forms.

Availability: Flexible for varied shifts, including weekends and nights.

Work Location- Local to Geraldton, WA
