Job Description:
As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience, drive traffic, and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce platform.

Coordinate and update product listings, descriptions, and inventory management.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online promotions and campaigns.

Ensure a seamless user experience by identifying and resolving technical issues in collaboration with the IT team.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Ideal experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing

Proficient in eCommerce platforms (we use Shopify) and analytics tools (ideally Google Analytics).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, spontaneous and collaborative team player with a positive attitude.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and online advertising is a plus.
