Our four global eCommerce sites are the heart of our business, and we’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and visionary Global eCommerce Lead to take them to the next level.
This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of digital strategy, commercial growth, and customer experience. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, performance, and management of our eCommerce platforms across AU, US, UK, and EU.
Your mission:
Scale our direct-to-consumer channels globally, deepen customer loyalty, and shape the digital evolution of one of the world’s most beloved children’s brands.
What you’ll do:
Lead the global eCommerce strategy across all four regional sites, balancing local nuance with central brand integrity
Drive revenue growth, conversion improvement, and performance targets across platforms
Oversee day-to-day eCommerce operations including merchandising, product launches, site optimisation, and digital storytelling
Co-own the digital marketing strategy, including paid social, Google Ads, SEO, and email/SMS, ensuring strong alignment with eCommerce goals
Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and seasonal launches
Identify and implement tools and technologies that improve site experience, personalisation, and conversion
Track and analyse site performance, delivering regular insights and reports to the leadership team
Stay across platform updates, customer expectations, and emerging trends in global eCommerce
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 7+ years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, ideally in a multi-region or global DTC business
Combine strategic vision with hands-on execution across platforms, campaigns, and teams
Are comfortable in Shopify Plus and understand how to optimise across UX, CRO, and customer lifecycle
Are data-led, commercially sharp, and obsessed with creating seamless digital experiences
Have experience managing or co-managing performance channels, particularly across Meta, Google, and CRM platforms
Understand global eCommerce requirements including logistics, payments, and localisation across key markets
Are collaborative, resourceful, and energised by working in a fast-paced, creative environment
