About Us:
We are a fast-growing consumer brand with a focus on high-quality lifestyle products, currently selling across Amazon and our own Shopify store. We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to take charge of our logistics, operations, online sales channels, and digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecommerce Operations & Logistics
Oversee and manage Amazon FBA shipments (inventory planning, prep, dispatch, and tracking).
Coordinate 3PL warehousing, shipping, and returns for Shopify orders.
Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and manage supplier communications.
2. Store Management
Maintain and optimize our Shopify store – product listings, collections, promotions, and plugins.
Ensure product content (descriptions, images, pricing) is up to date and compelling.
Implement CRO best practices to increase conversion rates.
3. Amazon Account Management
Optimize Amazon product listings (SEO, A+ content, bullet points, backend keywords).
Manage and improve BSR and customer reviews.
Monitor health, performance, and compliance of the seller account.
4. Marketing & Advertising
Plan and execute paid ads on Amazon, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok.
Set up and analyze marketing funnels to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Develop promotional campaigns, email marketing flows, and influencer collaborations.
5. Social Media & Content
Oversee brand presence across social media channels.
Coordinate with creatives to produce engaging content (photo, video, UGC).
Schedule posts, engage with the audience, and track analytics.
Who You Are:
3+ years' experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or Amazon FBA management.
Strong understanding of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads).
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Amazon reports, Meta dashboard).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Creative thinker who can blend brand storytelling with ROI-focused strategy.
Bonus:
Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Asana, or product launch strategy.
Previous success scaling DTC brands.
