THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club and serve as the 2IC to the Venue Manager. This pivotal role ensures amazing customer experiences, leads a dedicated team, and upholds the highest standards of service and quality.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer relations and satisfaction.
Supervising, training, and motivating team members.
Ensuring compliance with current legislation, club policies, and health and safety standards.
Collaborating with the Venue Manager to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
Driving business objectives while ensuring operational excellence.
Support the Venue Manager with rostering, timesheets etc.
This role demands strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
