About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee our Cleaning, Laundry, and Servery teams within our Residential Care division. This pivotal role ensures excellence in service delivery, compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, and the highest level of resident satisfaction.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for daily operations, team management, quality improvement, rostering, and driving a culture of care and community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations across Cleaning, Laundry, and Servery services

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and aged care standards

Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of service excellence

Resolve hospitality-related feedback from residents and staff

Oversee rosters, timesheets, and ensure appropriate staffing coverage

Conduct quality audits and support continuous improvement

Collaborate with Residential Care management and attend weekly meetings

Maintain digital records, training schedules, and performance indicators

About You

You are a compassionate, results-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will have:

A background in hospitality or related service industry

Experience in aged care (highly desirable)

A current Food Handling Certificate (required)

Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

Knowledge of WHS, infection control, and manual handling

Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and in a team
