X-Golf Shire is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join our dynamic hospitality team. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our premier golf and entertainment venue located in Caringbah, NSW.

Key responsibilities

Assist the Operations Manager in leading and managing the hospitality team, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency

Oversee all front-of-house activities, including greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating the food and beverage service

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer loyalty, and enhance the overall guest experience

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain a high-performing and engaged team

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

Assist with financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities

Serve as the Operations Managers' deputy in their absence, providing leadership and decision-making support

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar assistant manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences

Proficient in financial management, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to drive business decisions

Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and compliance requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry
