Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own portfolio
• Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
• Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with some admin support
• Leasing if required (leasing consultant support provided)

Must Have:

• At least 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager, handling portfolios end-to-end.

• A drive for personal and professional growth, with a readiness for new challenges.
• A current real estate certificate of registration and a driver’s license.
• Ability to undergo a police check
