About the Role

This is a hands-on dual role for someone who thrives on clear communication, logical thinking, and getting things done. You’ll be responsible for scheduling jobs efficiently and ensuring our team is where they need to be, with everything they need. You’ll also support the warehouse side—keeping inventory accurate and organised, and making sure stock is packed and sent to regional areas on time to keep installations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilty

As a Scheduler / Logistics coordinator , you will handle inbound calls and scheduling requests, including go-aheads, service calls, warranties, and reschedules. Using CRM software, you'll coordinate installation dates, confirm stock availability, and liaise with clients, consultants, and trades to ensure smooth job execution. In the warehouse, you'll manage stock intake, maintain organisation, pick and prepare daily job materials, and process orders. Additional duties include creating purchase orders, handling stock transfers to our Bunbury warehouse, painting flashings, and ensuring a clean, efficient workspace.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, warehousing, or similar operations

Strong communication and organisational skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Experience using job management software

Physically fit and comfortable working in a warehouse environment

Hands-on problem-solver who works well with tradespeople and clients

Reliable, respectful, and a positive team player.
