About The Role
This is a very exciting SaaS BDM role, where you'll be promoting a best-in-category product and work within a very supportive and talented team. You will Learn, grow, make above-market-rate money and have fun in a great team and within a great culture.
You would be supported by a strong sales leader, supportive team and overall culture as well as equipped with the best tools of the trade - CRM, databases... etc.
About The Person
The ideal candidate should come from a SaaS sales background with 4 to 6 years of sales experience. We believe that it's all about the attitude - It's all about if you, the sales professional is ready to take their career to the next level. You need to be creative and self-motivated to own the role and your 'patch'. You would be joining a world-class sales team and under a strong and experienced Sales Manager / Leader.
You need to bring your focus, experience and your hunger for success and in return, you would gain personal growth, have a seat at the table and will receive a well-above-market remuneration package and uncapped commission. Remuneration: We expect a high level of commitment and ownership from our team and in return, we offer very competitive remuneration and benefits. Based on the years of experience, we're offering the following package for this role:
- Base annual salary: $120k to $135k + Super, depending on experience
- OTE (base salary + Uncapped Commission): $180K to 220K
- Share Options: Potential for share options after 6 months
- Yearly Salary Review: Your base and OTE will be reviewed every year
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Converting inbound inquiries into sales opportunities
- New customer acquisition via outbound calling and other channels
- Booking Discovery Calls and Demos
- Nurturing, servicing, negotiating, and closing opportunities
- Sales pipeline management and achievement of KPI’s and targets
Career Progression
- Team leader in either market segment
- Sales Manager
- Product Manager
