ServiceNow Developers, Consultants, Testers and Architects
Location: Canberra and Melbourne (Hybrid/Flexible)
Clearance: Baseline to NV1 required
Engagement: Contract or permanent options available

Our client is a federal government specialist delivering ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects across Canberra and Melbourne. With a number of government clients at various stages of their ServiceNow journey, they are looking to grow their team across a range of roles.

These projects include both greenfield implementations and upgrades to existing ServiceNow platforms, incorporating emerging capabilities such as artificial intelligence and machine learning.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

ServiceNow Developers (Baseline or NV1)

ServiceNow Architects (Baseline or NV1)

ServiceNow Technical Leads (Baseline or NV1)

ServiceNow Testers (Baseline or NV1)

ServiceNow Business Analysts (Baseline or NV1)

ServiceNow Consultants (Baseline or NV1)

Key responsibilities may include:

Supporting the delivery of new ServiceNow builds and platform upgrades

Developing new modules and custom applications across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps and other areas

Working closely with government stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Designing and configuring workflows, forms, reports and dashboards

Performing integration and data migration tasks

Conducting functional and regression testing

Preparing technical documentation and user guides

Providing input on platform strategy, security and scalability

Supporting go-live activities and providing post-deployment support

To be successful, you will need:

Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow delivery in complex environments

Excellent communication and client engagement skills

The ability to work independently or as part of a project team

A current Baseline or NV1 security clearance (essential)

Willingness to attend client sites as required
