Aston Advantage has expanded into a national business over the past 17 years with 4 branches focusing on the mining and construction sectors.
Join our Industrial and Commercial supplier category focused on building the QLD client base.
As the BDM your core focus is to open doors with our national clients that we already work with in NSW and WA and then continue to expand to other companies within the space.

Key responsibilities will include:

1. Build the relationship with our existing clients.
2. Help expand jobs into other departments including white collar, blue collar, sale, projects.
3. Build volume within each company.
4. Focus on winning more clients to build the brand as the leader within Industrial and Commercial suppliers

To be successful in this role you will need to:

• Love developing strong relationships and watch your clients succeed | Have a beer, go to functions and help them solve their headaches.
• Be able to have the hard conversations to ensure we are recruiting quality jobs that the recruitment team can fill.
• Feel comfortable in the mining and manufacturing industries | High-vis and steel caps necessary.
• Have the ability to look at the client's business from their viewpoint, not just sell them what we do.
