What you’ll be doing

Own the relationship. You’ll be the trusted adviser for ~55 growing businesses: first phone call, annual tax strategy, quarterly planning, the lot.

Drive delivery. Lead a pod of a Senior Accountant, Accountants and a Client Services Co-ordinator to nail compliance work on time, every time (supported by our dedicated technical reviewer).

Add real value. Pitch and run advisory projects—structuring, valuations, virtual CFO, profit-boosting strategies—then watch clients’ eyes light up.

Grow the firm (and yourself). We’ll teach you our proven sales process so you can convert Strategy Calls into lifelong “Inspire Family” clients and build your own book on the way to equity.

What we’re looking for
