Role Opportunity
Titan Recruitment is seeking a passionate, experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to take the reins of one of our specialist recruitment teams in our Brisbane office. This role is an exciting blend of strategic leadership and hands on delivery, working together with our existing Recruitment Manager to drive growth.

As a key member of our Brisbane management team, you will work closely with all facets of the business, implementing best-practice recruitment methodologies, mentoring consultants and driving operational processes to meet business targets and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 360 recruiters to achieve consistent performance Maintain your own billing desk while mentoring team delivery across key accounts
• Collaborate with the National Operations Manager on team strategy and operations
• Drive team engagement, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure excellence in candidate sourcing, job delivery and CRM best practice
• Champion Titan's culture of quality, pace, and people-first delivery
• Participate in networking events, client meetings and business development activities

Key Criteria

• Proven leadership experience in agency recruitment delivery
• Expertise in 360 recruitment, business development and client relationship management
• Hands-on values led leadership style, with energy, resilience and accountability
• Commercial acumen, with an understanding of risk, quality and operational management
• Ability to balance autonomy, competition and collaboration to achieve business goals
• Tech-savvy with a passion for data accuracy and process efficiency
