A leading builder-developer is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take charge of a 20+ storey mixed-use tower in Brisbane. This role is not just about running the site—it’s about leading and mentoring the team, with two-thirds of your focus on guiding site staff, junior managers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery. This role will see you using your years of experience in a leadership capacity.

The Role

Mentor and lead site teams, ensuring the development of junior staff

Lead on-site operations, ensuring quality and safety remain top priorities

Drive project schedules and site productivity

Oversee subcontractors and trades to maintain seamless delivery

Ensure compliance with QBCC regulations

Work closely with the Project and Construction Manager

You’re a Senior Site Manager with a strong track record in high-rise construction

You have delivered projects of 20 storeys+ in Brisbane or a similar market

You hold a QBCC Site Supervisor License

You thrive in fast-paced, high-end projects and can drive a site to successful completion

You have strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and developing teams

You have a deep understanding of programming, subcontractor management, and safety compliance
