With a new 26-storey, $150M project now underway, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with proven multi-residential high-rise experience to join this forward-moving team.

About the Role: This is a career-defining opportunity to take full site leadership of a landmark high-rise development in Brisbane’s inner suburbs. You’ll join a well-resourced, positive team with a strong company culture, and report directly to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise multi-residential projects
  
  
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  
  
• Hands-on, driven, and team-oriented approach
  
  
• Excellent knowledge of site safety, quality, and program management
  
  
• Ability to manage and mentor site teams across all construction phases
