Casual Receptionist – Allambie Heights
📍 Location: Allambie Heights, NSW
📅 Days: Wednesdays & Fridays
🕣 Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm
💰 Pay Rate: $35 per hour

We’re looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team in Allambie Heights on a casual basis, working Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and has a genuine interest in supporting people with diverse needs, we’d love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

Answering and directing calls using our phone system (experience with Mitel an advantage)

Greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism

Managing general administration duties and supporting the team as needed

Creating a welcoming environment for all clients, carers and staff

What we’re looking for:

Previous reception or administration experience

A positive, approachable and inclusive attitude

Comfortable working in a community-focused environment

Experience working with or supporting people with disability or familiarity with NDIS processes will be highly regarded
