About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Receptionist at Tribe Social Fitness, located in Taren Point in the Sutherland Shire. In this position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our fitness centre.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

Answering phone enquiries and directing calls to the appropriate team members

Providing information about our facilities, classes and membership options

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area

Providing general administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, ideally within the fitness or hospitality industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Enthusiasm for health, wellness and fitness

We are offering 5 afternoon/evening shifts per week: Monday to Friday. 2:30pm to 7:30pm (6pm on a Friday).
