Ray White Burwood is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, motivated team and learn all aspects of Property Management. The successful applicant will receive on the job training and be rewarded the opportunity to progress within the company in the future in Property Management.

Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential, and you must hold an Agents Representative Certificate or complete the course as soon as possible after commencing with us. The role is full time with the requirement to work 1 Saturday every 4/5 weeks with a day in lieu.

Specific Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Conducting ingoing and outgoing inspections

Conducting periodical inspections

Arranging rental repairs/maintenance

Monitor and renew tenancy agreements

Conducting Open Home Inspections

General Leasing and Property Management duties

Supporting leasing and PM team when required

Personal Attributes

Have permanent residency in Australia

Have a current Victorian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Hold a current Agent's Representative Certificate

Maturity and a strong sense of responsibility

Proactive and strong attention to detail

Customer service focus with positive attitude

Ability to multitask and prioritise work efficiently

Have exceptional communication skills

A Victorian Police check is a prerequisite. Experience preferred but not essential.
