Position Details:

• Job Title: Assistant Property Manager
• Location: Southbank, VIC
• Salary: Up to $70,000 per annum + Super + Company Car (to use during work hours)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Assisting with managing a portfolio, ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
• Collaborating with a Senior PM, Leasing, and Accounts support for efficient property management processes.
• Working Monday to Friday, with flexibility to accommodate personal appointments or sick days.
• Enjoying access to work cars during business use to make your job even more convenient.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A current Real Estate License or Registration in Victoria.
• Proven experience in property management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of the local property market in Melbourne.
