THE CLIENT

Our client, a reputable construction company based in inner Melbourne, is seeking a Junior Estimator to join their growing team. With a strong pipeline of industrial and commercial projects, they are looking for someone who is eager to develop their estimating skills in a stable and supportive environment.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Estimator, you will assist with:

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions
• Performing take-offs and quantity measurements
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to source pricing
• Reviewing and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings
• Maintaining cost databases and assisting with project reporting

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

• Background in Quantity Surveying, Structural Engineering or Industrial Construction is a MUST
• 2–3 years of estimating experience within the construction industry
• Proficiency with Bluebeam software
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
