About the role

Experiencing strong growth, an oppurtunity is available to expand the high performing team with a motivated and detailed driven Estimator - Structural Steel. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of projects- working towards ensuring projects are on time, budget and to the highest standard. You'll join a fast-paced, supportive team that is deeply commiteed to excellance and deliveirng outstanding outcomes for their clients

The projects are Tier 1 Commerical projects. Be part of a team that continuously strive to enhance their processes and products with a focus on minimising the environmental impact.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality estimation structural steel projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcome and clients
• Define project cope, objectives and deliverales in collaboration with clients
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and budget estimates
• Prepare accurate and detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and complete BOQ check
• Interpret engineering & architectural plans
• Reading scope of works and contracts
• Work closley with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the projects objectives are met
• Monitor and report on project progress, managing project risks and issues to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget
• Reviewing, preparing, and submitting tender documents for Projects
• Ensure compliance in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirments

Skills & experience

• Experience in Structural Steel Estimation
• Expereince Project Managment with a focus in structural steel
• Relvant qualification in related field
• Strong understanding of design and design managment requirments and shop drawing reviews
• Experience in reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical spefications
• Experience monitoring project progress, ensuring adherebace to timelines and budgets
