About the role

Take the lead in team management, workflow coordination and advisory delivery across a diverse SME portfolio. Reporting to Managers and Partners, you’ll support team development and play a key role in compliance, advisory and client relationship management.

• Lead workflow, review tax returns, BAS and financial reports
• Mentor juniors and deliver structured technical training
• Support advisory services: forecasting, budgeting, analysis
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver tailored advice
• Ensure quality control and compliance across all engagements

Skills & Experience

• CA or CPA qualified
• Business services background within Australian public practice
• Strong technical knowledge of tax and compliance
• Experience reviewing work and managing staff workflow
• Skilled in Xero, MYOB and other cloud-based platforms
