Your Role:

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to a varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs and complex multi-entity groups. You'll work closely with Partners and Directors to drive strategic outcomes while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own client portfolio
• Deliver strategic advice on tax planning, structuring, budgeting, and business restructuring
• Oversee preparation and review of tax compliance work for a variety of entities
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of accountants
• Support the firm’s ongoing strategic direction and growth

About You:

• CA or CPA qualified
• Minimum 5 years' experience in public practice accounting
• Strong technical skills in tax compliance and advisory
• Experienced in managing a client portfolio
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
